I’ve been baking since middle school, and even back then, it was something that brought me joy. As life went on, the way it often does, that passion got tucked away — but it never disappeared.
It was during one of the hardest seasons of my life that baking found me again. To keep myself from falling deeper into a depressive cycle, I found my way back in the kitchen. Not because I had to be, but because I needed to be. The rhythm of measuring, mixing, and creating became my therapy, my peace, and my healing.
That’s where Eve’s Bakehouse was born.
What started as a coping mechanism to help me find myself again became a dream I finally decided to chase. Every cookie that comes out of this kitchen carries a piece of that journey — the love, healing, and hope.
