Our Products & Orders
All products sold by Eve's Bakehouse are homemade cottage food items produced in a residential kitchen, not inspected by the Georgia Department of Agriculture under O.C.G.A. § 26-2-30. Products may contain allergens- please review all labels carefully before purchasing.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Eve's Bakehouse reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued.
Shipping, Liability, & Intellectual Property
Eve’s Bakehouse ships within Georgia ONLY in compliance with Georgia Cottage Food Law. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or carrier issues once a package has been shipped.
Eve’s Bakehouse is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from consumption of our products. It is the customer's responsibility to review all ingredients and allergen information before purchasing.
